Starting off with the 1990 Aamir Khan starrer AWWAL NUMBER, the film did well at the Box Office making it clear that Bollywood is going to have a great future with Cricket. Aamir Khan played the role of a team member included in the team in place of another famous star Ronny (Aditya Pancholi). All this creates hatred in the heart of Ronny against Sunny though Sunny respects him. Ronny decides to take revenge on Sunny, while meanwhile a terrorist decides to put a bomb in the field where a match is to be organized between India and Australia . The film was received quite well at the Box Office. This was the time when India was till basking in the glory of winning the World Cup.
