Though they don’t accept it, but more than half of Bollywood beauties have undergone facial surgery at some or the other point to get that perfect look. So what inspires these leading ladies to go under the knife? And by leading ladies we really mean it. Aishwariya Rai, Koena Mitra, Rakhi Sawant, Priyanka Chopra, everyone has undergone some or the other looks enhancing surgeries to get that all glamorous look.

The advent of ultra glamorous actress in Bollywood forced many average looking stars to get their looks straight. Going to the best dentist to get their teeth in the best of shape was no longer something new. The legendary Micheal Jackson showed how much of a change a plastic surgery can bring in. Though he could carry it off quite well, for others it was difficult. Take for example today’s Birthday girl Koena Mitra. Her nose surgery went completely out of place. She got a completely different look, almost beyond recognition. While some liked her all new look, others played it down as being straight desperation to get into the league of mainstream actresses. Whatever the case, Koena Mitra is doing quite averagely well.

Though these actresses shy away from accepting that they did indeed get that ugly shape right ( obviously who would want to be termed fake), you cannot escape the media’s constant glares fake beauties!
