The first screening of movie DHOBI GHAT took place at Ketnav preview last weekend and guess who were the privileged few to watch it first- dhobis of Mumbai who work at real dhobi ghat.
There were 55 dhobis present at the screening including their President and Vice President. Since the movie is based on dhobis and that dhobis at dhobi ghat were very helpful during the shoot, it was quite natural that they got to attend the first screening of the movie.
