DIL TOH BACCHA JI to Release on R-Day

To make a film is certainly not a cake -walk, but to breathe easy even after making it, is also not possible these days. With so much of marketing and competition around, film-makers have to do something to make sure that audiences throng to the cinema hall to watch their flick.

So, after receiving an ‘A’ certificate from the Censor Board for his film DIL TOH BACCHA HAI JI, Madhur Bhandarkar probably thought that he shouldn’t take anymore risks, and try and play safe.

Hence, the makers of the comedy flick decided to release the movie on a Wednesday, and not as per box office traditions, on Friday. DTBHJ was slated to release on January 28, but considering the fact that January 26is a national holiday in lieu of Republic Day, the audiences would surely think of watching the film that day.
