After fighting a prolonged battle for life for the past one month, renowned vocalist Pandit Bhimsen Joshi breathed his last today morning at eight. He was 87 years of age.
Pandit Ji was put on a life support system, since he was suffering from kidney problems and respiratory failure . He is survived by three sons and a daughter.
