Rajnikanth - The Superhero Of The Industry
Rarely does an actor have the ability, the talent and the aura of being in the industry for more than quarter of a century and still be called as a superstar. The incomparable Rajnikanth has been one such great actor.
Ever since he made his debut in the Tamil film of 1975, APOORVA RAAGANGAL, there has been not stopping this man. Year after year he was able to deliver one super hit behind another quite easily amusing his fans in and out giving them what they needed. Know The Man Behind MTV Roadies - Raghu Ram
Raghu Ram, the man behind Roadies seems to be trying to make a mark in Bollywood off late. Last seen in the video of Sheila ki Jawani song, the twin brothers of Raghu and Rajiv seem to be all set to make it large in B Town. They already have popularity and fan base by their side. It is just the right opportunities that they need.
Raghu started off with working for MTV supervising shows like MTV LOVE LINE with Mallaika Arora Khan and Cyrus Brocha and also lead TV shows like MTV SELECT. His idea of MTV Roadies was accepted as an experimental project by MTV in 2000. The show was tentatively entitled MTV: Find The Road, and was initially met with skepticism by the senior producers of the channel.Today the show is the best reality program running on television with the eighth season auditions going on. The show has been able to create a lot of popularity and give its participants a headstart in their media careers. From Bani to Rannvijay , almost every character in the show has been able to make it big in the industry after their stint in the show. Shiney Ahuja's Rape Saga
Of all actors who have caused defamation to the Indian Film Industry in the past with their illegal or unacceptable behavior, if there is one actor whom we have to select for being the most ugly culprit then it would have to be the rapist in Shiney Ahuja. The actor’s act of utter desperation has caused shame to many a people in the industry who have been trusting him and putting their money on his performance in movies. And they had a reason to do that. His acting skills have been consistently been under much admiration from a long time ever since he made his entry into Bollywood. From HAZAARON KHWAISHEIN AISI to LIFE IN A METRO and from BHOOL BHULAIYYA,critics have been praising his acting skills from time to time.
The rape incident proved out to be more ugly than anyone would have ever anticipated. The maid who claimed ti have been raped by Shiney reported the incident at the Oshiwara Police Station, the nearest Police Station in the vicinity of Shiney Ahuja’s House. Police Officers immediately rushed to Ahuja’s residence and reprimanded him for investigation. Reportedly Shiney broke down confessing of having sex with the maid but on consent. All test reports suggested that Shiney definitely did have sex with the maid. Shiney was arrested and kept in police custody.
But things have changed ever since. The maid has retracted on her statement and said that nothing of that sorts ever happened between the two of them. Things have gone down the same old powerful vs powerless way and the powerful Shiney Ahuja seems all set to go scott free again. What a pity! Many Bollywood actors have condemned this heinous crime by the actor and even Mahesh Bhatt , the filmmaker Shiney Ahuja's Rape Saga who made Shiney what he is today said that he should be punished if he is found guilty. Though Kangana has been shown as an aggressive girl with a don’t care attitude, she will be seen in a much lighter and fun role than her previous roles in films. And for the very first time, we will have the sexy actress dancing in the film.
After making her debut in the 2006, Mahesh Bhatt film GANGSTER, there has been no stopping Kangana. She won the Filmfare Best Debut Actress Award that year and looked promising for a great career in the industry. She played the role of an alcohol addict love lost girlfriend in the film, stuck in the midst of love, crime and betrayal. Soon followed WHO LAMHE with Shiney Ahuja and LIFE IN A METRO. By this time everyone in the industry were amazed by her unique acting style and the knack to do dark roles so brightly.
In 2008, she played supporting actress to Priyanka Chopra in the much acclaimed film FASHION. Yet again Kangana had bagged a dark role playing the role of a top model struggling with drugs and her love life.In KITES too she played the role of a desperate in love lady, frantically wanting to get married. In KNOCKOUT we saw her play a small but important role of a reporter. So in all of these movies, Kangana has never really been able to showcase her ability to play smart, happy and chirpy roles with a smiling end to roles.
